If you don't have motivation, how can we then motivate others? Maybe because of this place that makes me feel strange, like powerless, sometimes bored and isolated. Today is one of these days, I don't even know what to post in this blog, I don't feel sharing, I don't feel nothing. Do you have those days in the week? What would you do, to make you feel good again?.You know what could be perfect? Have the standard life like in Sweden, but live in Barcelona, ow how I wish it was like that. But it's either coffee or tea in life, not both. I feel sometimes to go back home, my head is there, but my heart is here. Proper home is very important, if you don't really have one, it's easy to give up where it makes your heart happy, to go where your heads tells you. Head or heart, head or heart?? The head says : go back home you can get a good job with decent salary, then with that you can afford to have your own place and build your life. While my heart say : stay where you are, doesn't matter if you can't get all of that right now, but you love this place, it makes you happy, the place, the sun, the people and it so much alive. We can't really fully have happines unless we are settled down. Why it has to be so complicated?

A lot of people two months before summer or even one month before summer starts to take out their running shoes and workout. It actually takes more than two months to get results. The best time to prepare your body to bikini body is working out in the winter, its 9 months to summer and that what it takes to get the result, depends on how hard you workout, how clean you eat you can get faster result. So grab your trainees and starts to workout. If you can't go to the gym or don't or want to spend more than 30 minutes of working out, then you can start working out with THE DAILYHIIT ( before bodyrocktv). They do free workouts every day and they don't take vacations from working out. I like their workout because it's fun, but very intense for such a short time, that's why it's called HIIT. You will see results, but don't forget to get the best results you have to eat right. They now have the ebook about the nutrients guide, their diet is not strict, not like mine, but that's what it take to be in good shape. SO I recommend it and its's the best workout at home, it's free and fun.
To be honest I find working out in the gym sometimes boring, I am not a gym person. I like workouts like crossfit, Hiit or sports. Workouts that is fun doing it everyday, without realizing that you're body is changing at the same time. I don't really like working out and be too focus on my body, like "ok did arms today, let see how it look like". Gym is more about focusing on every muscles. I Love full body workout, but I like to focus extra on the butt, legs and arms, thats what fullbody workout really can't do, because it require weights more than your body weight. So it's good to mix a little bit. I recommend mix hitt and lifting. If you see people doing HIIT or Tabata they have different body than those who workout in the gym. Because the workout is fullbody doesn't focus specifically on few muscles. By focusing with weights you get rounder harder glutes and bigger legs for example.

Goodnight from me, my runners knee starts again, the speed rope was not a good idea. I am so fed up of this knee, tomorrow it would be stairwell for cardio I beg to God that It won't hurt, it should'nt hurt. I hope I hope because this is what I need.
My beautiful Blackie, I would give everything to let you be by my side as long as I live, together I wish we grow old together. But life is unfair :( Someday I have to make the biggest and hardest decisions in life, sometimes I can't stop thinking about it and it's just makes me cry, it hurt'st to think about it that one day you won't be by my side, all I will remember is your shadow, your pictures, your videos, your bed, your bowls. Nobody won't follow me anymore, nobody will annoy me, nobody will stare from far. Ain't nobody like you and you will and always be my no.1. One day then you already lived your life, by that I never go to bed without hugging you, kissing you and talking to you. I want that you feel every day every minute every hours that you are loved and you are the greatest and the best dog ever. I wish I could talk to God in person and would ask him to give you more and healthier longer life with me. That is my one biggest wish, I really hope that I see you in another life time, but now lets enjoy our companionship my bestfriend for ever and always.

Ok, long process it felt like with the workout, eating my meals, taking a shower and going out with the dog. It felt forever until I can finally seat down and study!!!
Did my cardio at the roof top doing the skipping rope for 30mins, super hot and the sun was just shining on my face, I was thinking to sun tan tomorrow while it's still warm. And ofcourse I did chest workout, legs, arms and glutes.
Had the music volume on, since we are the only one that live in this building on the weekdays, it felt good to not to hide just incase someone is coming up. Great view right?!
Today and 2 months ago comparison. Doesn't look like I was cheating for two months, but I did and I cheated pretty well, I didn't worked out either. But just because of the diet that I had before and the diet that I am following now it was so effective that even If I cheat, it didn't really affect the body that much. My diet is super clean, its not a magic shake or skipping carbs, is real food! Focus more on your diet, than your workout, you can sweat and do workout and lift, but if you don't have the right protein , the right food in your body that helps you see results while doing your workouts, you won't see great progress.

Got my macbook back, it was asleep for a month for the reason that I did¨nt buy a new charger after a year that I just bought one. Now it's working slow a bit because of the one month of no charge. I had to buy a new charger, but if we kept the receit from the last time I wouln't have the need to buy another one because of the guarantee. So last weekend Rubén bought a new charger for me, but my computer won't charge anymore, it's only working with the battery on, if I unplugg it it will shut down. So have to leave it to the technic support, I wonder what would that cost to fix it? This computer I only had since 2011 and it's upset me because I expected more from apple.
Anyway I did my foodprep yersterday for the week, let's go back to work out. Just had my Breakfast/preworkout meal which you have to know it's always have to consist of protein and carbs 1-2 hours before workout.
My diet is from my coach ( INGRID ROMERO) you can research her on the internet ( SHE IS THE BEST) it's SO CLEAN the chicken in the oven with NO condiments the same the sweet potato. My veggies are always steam and lots of eggs for egg whites. This is only the base of my diet for this week, so I won't have to cook everyday.
This is my preworkout protein 113g and sweet potato 113g.
This clean eating is so effective that you will see results immediatley along with the workout that I have. I will show you pics the end of this week, to see the huge difference.

Everytime it's sunday I feel stress it's cleaning, preparing, studying, wash the clothes etc...When I was young sunday was not my favorite day, it was a day where we have to clean, general cleaning actually. My mom is a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning and I did not like it, all day cleaning every corner, every floor, every doors, all the furniture, everyroom should be spotless clean. I remember one time a friend came over and the first thing she said "your home is so clean" and I told her " it's my mom, even if you touch every corner with your finger you won't see a dust"., actually everybody says it when they come to our home. Even the other days of the week when I finished highschool and I didn't worked, the first thing to do after breakfast was vaccum and map the floor. That's was the first thing on the list, then I have to go down to checked if there are clothes to fold or to iron, when that was done I could sit and do or go where ever I want. Mom was like that, first do your chores then afterwards you can do whatever you want. We have to do it well too, if not she go back and check if it's spotless clean. Now I am a person who barely bother cleaning, maybe because I don't realy feel like home and it's like I don't care since it's not my home, it doesn't motivates me.
Studying spanish the last level 4, I would never get better in this language if I don't practice it at home. I have to tell Rubén that we should speak spanish, instead that I speak english to him. Now his better in english, and what about my spanish :( Using his computer btw.

Hello!
Woked up early because I had a great few hours sleep :) After all the patience this days I finally got my fone lastnight. It arrived pretty late at around almost 8 in the evening. Since this is the latest and it just arrived in Spain, with all the waiting it was all worth it :). I am VERY SATISFIED WITH MY NEW CHOICE, MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!
Faster, Better, bigger and Smarter
I had a big choice to make between Iphone 5 or this ones, but I finally get over from Iphone to this :) I can say that never say never. What I didn't like with this phone is the android and the playstore. Ios is better and the apple store, but its ok anway.
We know that samsung is known to be a copy cat of the Iphone, but they did a great job. They created a design so much better than the rest of the Samsung design. I like that it is actually leather like on the back of it ( no pic) won't be easy to scratch the phone. It is very light weight too! So Iphone and Samsung is pretty much a like. If you want a bigger screen and more fun features with longer battery life and more storage WITHOUT having to buy a new phone, then go for samsung galaxy note 3!

Is anyone watching The American Horror story season 3 The coven? My favorite season was the first one and the third one. I was trying to watch the season 2 Asylum, but I did not like the story. Maybe because I was upset because it was not a continution of the season 1 like every otheer series. Obviously that's why it's called American horror story, but still. I think I will try to watch the season 2 again and maybe I like it this time.

Just finished spending quality time with my man. We were watching a Nazi movie on the television called THE GREY ZONE about Auswitch something like that. Great movie!

It is funny how things are working until today I am still waitiing for my phone, that supposed to arrived today. But no phone :(. I called the customer service of the company, but they don't seem to know a shit. Everytime you talk to someone they say DIFFERENT THINGS. I wonder if someone really trains them, so they know what they are doing. I am a very impatient person when someone kinda promise that " I will get it in time". So what I am going to do is just ignore about the phone and don't think about when it will come. You will see, the less I expect it the sooner it will come. Things are slow...
The weather makes me smile, it's like the summer weather again from one day to another. Very warmth and I would just like to sit outside and enjoy it, but I have loads of stuff to do and sometimes you have to make sacrifices.
I dislike it when people tell me how to handle my time, well guess what I would never do things for someone that I dont know by leaving my studies and work jusst for a weekend. It's funny how people really can think that I would do everything for them whenever they can. Sorry you ain't worth my time.
I am very careful who I let in in my life, that's why I am not a social person. I always say " why go with a bunch group of people try to socialize and pretend to care about life of someone" as if I care if the person I am talking too that I don't know what he or she is doing with his life. I hate being in that situation, because it always starts with conversation about what you are doing and I don't feel sharing my stuff with someone that I would not probably meet again. And I don't like that people that have to make such an effort talking to you asking questions like if he or she is so interested, whatever!

Tey got his first vaccin and in 3 weeks in November he will get his second one. Everything went well and he behaved good.
Tey is pretty big to be a 2 months and 3 weeks puppy (this thursday). He is bigger than when Blackie was a puppy. He weight almost 10kg and the veterinary estimate that he will be around 30 kg dog as an adult. He is in other word large breed dog. Blackie my senior is as big as a bordercollie (medium breed) and he weight around 23,5kg. Well according to the vet Tey will be as big as a german shepherd. I love big dogs:) can never imagine myself getting a tiny dog.

Hello!
Since yersterday i've been able to wake up early, I was tired with the routine that I had sleep late and wake up early or sleep late and wake up late.
Anway I am so excited to finally get my new phone tomorrow wednesday. I cannot wait when the delivery man ring and say "heres your package" :):) can't wait to hold it and touch it hahaha. Im sorry I am technology obsess!.
Today at 12 we are going to bring Tey to the veterinary, he will finally get his first vaccination which is pretty "late" to be 2 months and 3 weeks, he should have it much earlier. But I had to take out the parasites in his stomach for 15 days. Finally today later on I can bring him out and play with him in the park.
Lastnight for the very first time he beg for to go out at 02.36 midnight ( I was already asleep at 23:00), but I just heard him crying in the living room. I jumped up from the bed to rush the door, there he was standing on the corner at the terrace door like a Babian crying. Luckily he did not pi which he usualy do. I hope really knows how to ask for to go out rather than just pi inside.

As you can see a lot of people wanted better look of Samsung since its like plastic material, now they copy the Iphone as we can see it looks like a bigger version of Iphone. Apple and Iphone are very similar just they are two different brands. What I like in Samsung is that you can buy extra memory a micro sd. What I ordered is 32gb, but I will get a micro sd of 64gb. In Iphone you have to buy a whole new phone if you are out of memory and its so long and small screen. I hopefully don't need to buy an ipad mini with this phone. My mom have the first Samsung galaxy note and it is huge. I love huge fone with big screen.

In Madrid they set up a role for homeless people, that whoever sleep outside will get a fine of about over 700 euro. Now I wonder " who the fck can set up a role like that?". How can you charge homeless people for sleeping outside with 750eu if they are HOMELESS??! Where do they think homeless people should sleep?? Nobody choose poverty and it is NOT a crime to sleep outside when you do not have a home. Now that is a FCK up world we are living in.

The best carbs you can ever eat if you WANT to lose weight and get the flat stomach to reveal your abs is SWEET POTATO and BROWN RICE. People always ask "what is your workout?", but they forget to instead ask " what is your diet?". Diet people diet is the key, you want to get flat abs or lose weight eat the amount needed protein per weight and eat carbs just once a day, the rest of the meal of the day should be a lot of protein and a little bit of steam vegges. No magic tricks no short cut to weightloss. Since I had a coached INGRID ROMERO until then I realized that my what I called "clean eating" was NOT clean enough.I was eating the food that I thought was healthy and clean, but she said DONT FRIED YOUR FOOD WHETHER WITH OR WITHOUT OIL and there was so many food that I usually eat even though they are "healthy" that I wasn't allowed to eat. But it changed everything! The diets she gave me and which also I learn is NO ADDED sugar or condiments. Pure clean and combined with weight training and cardio almost everyday of 30 mins BAAAAM you will see flatter stomach. I will now go baack to my fatloss workout and meal plan she gave me. I saw progress everyday she is the best coached ever she and her husband too.
Miss my abs two months ago I haven't workout and follow my diet. So many studies and other priorities, luckily I am not far from this, so within a month or few weeks I will be back on track.

Do wear sunscreen for anti-wrinkle ALWAYS before going out the house. Suncreen does not only protect us from UV harm and give us later on wrinkles, but it also actually helps prevent oily face when using with or without make up. Two months ago I bought my very first suncreen protection cream, the lady who sold me that said 15spf would be enough for me.
While in Barcelona it is still summer around 26 degrees and for people who live in a hot country or for those who travel DO USE sunoil but with high spf. I wish I have known these before but, I thougth sunoil with spf wont give you tan at all, but that is not true. Why use sunoil without or low spf when you can use exaactly the same one but with high spf and GIVES U protection. U get tan at the same time just like the other sunoil with low spf and that you are protected from UV. That is something your futureself will thank you for. So totally recommend that for you who have especially light skin like European or American but also for everybody. The skin is the fountain of youth the earlier you take care of them the better and ofcourse I am not saying you do it when you are under 18, you know what I mean. There is difference between suncream and sunoil with spf. Suncream does not really give you tan, while sunoil with the same high spf like suncreen do give you tan.

I wasn’t going to write this letter, but today i’ve been dodging phone calls from various newspapers who wished me to remark upon your having said in Rolling Stone your “Wrecking Ball” video was designed to be similar to the one for “Nothing Compares” … So this is what I need to say … And it is said in the spirit of motherliness and with love.
I am extremely concerned for you that those around you have led you to believe, or encouraged you in your own belief, that it is in any way “cool” to be naked and licking sledgehammers in your videos. It is in fact the case that you will obscure your talent by allowing yourself to be pimped, whether it’s the music business or yourself doing the pimping.
Nothing but harm will come in the long run, from allowing yourself to be exploited, and it is absolutely NOT in ANY way an empowerment of yourself or any other young women, for you to send across the message that you are to be valued (even by you) more for your sexual appeal than your obvious talent.
I am happy to hear I am somewhat of a role model for you and I hope that because of that you will pay close attention to what I am telling you.
The music business doesn’t give a sh– about you, or any of us. They will prostitute you for all you are worth, and cleverly make you think its what YOU wanted.. and when you end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted, “they” will be sunning themselves on their yachts in Antigua, which they bought by selling your body and you will find yourself very alone.
None of the men oggling you give a sh– about you either, do not be fooled. Many’s the woman mistook lust for love. If they want you sexually that doesn’t mean they give a f— about you. All the more true when you unwittingly give the impression you don’t give much of a f— about yourself. And when you employ people who give the impression they don’t give much of a f— about you either. No one who cares about you could support your being pimped.. and that includes you yourself.

You are worth more than your body or your sexual appeal. The world of showbiz doesn’t see things that way, they like things to be seen the other way, whether they are magazines who want you on their cover, or whatever.. Don’t be under any illusions.. ALL of them want you because they’re making money off your youth and your beauty.. which they could not do except for the fact your youth makes you blind to the evils of show business. If you have an innocent heart you can’t recognise those who do not.
I repeat, you have enough talent that you don’t need to let the music business make a prostitute of you. You shouldn’t let them make a fool of you either. You also said in Rolling Stone that your look is based on mine. The look I chose, I chose on purpose at a time when my record company were encouraging me to do what you have done. I felt I would rather be judged on my talent and not my looks. I am happy that I made that choice, not least because I do not find myself on the proverbial rag heap now that I am almost 47 yrs of age.. which unfortunately many female artists who have based their image around their sexuality, end up on when they reach middle age.

I’ve been in the business long enough to know that men are making more money than you are from you getting naked. It’s really not at all cool. And it’s sending dangerous signals to other young women. Please in future say no when you are asked to prostitute yourself. Your body is for you and your boyfriend. Whether we like it or not, us females in the industry are role models and as such we have to be extremely careful what messages we send to other women. The message you keep sending is that it’s somehow cool to be prostituted.. it’s so not cool Miley.. it’s dangerous. Women are to be valued for so much more than their sexuality. we aren’t merely objects of desire. I would be encouraging you to send healthier messages to your peers.. that they and you are worth more than what is currently going on in your career. Kindly fire any motherf—er who hasn’t expressed alarm, because they don’t care about you.
I wonder what Miley respond to this, a lost and blind girl surrounded with diamonds and money. Who have ever thought that Miley is going to be as famous as she is now? She made a huge change with her image and music video.

Nescafé is the darkest coffee that I will ever drink. I don't add sugar, because is not good, but I add a healthier version which is the Stevia. I do drink dark coffee with milk like in Starbucks, but personally at home its Nescafé. I don't like the taste of dark coffee like mostly people drink in Sweden. It taste horrible!
The first time i drank Nescafé was when I was like 6 years old and I added a lot of sugar, it tasted so good and I could drink it instead of softdrinks everyday. But my father ( my biological ) did not allowed me. He just let me drink sometimes, but sometimes I sneak out when he was gone. But now I am not a coffee drinker at all, I just drink to keep me awake or to give me "energy" when I have so much study.

Goodmorning should I say it is already 12 noon. I only slept for 5-6 hours, I was to stay awake until now to finish my essays. But I could'nt the brain has to take a rest, it is not made to function 24 hours. Now I don't know where to start, because the flat is so messed up, it has to be clean at least everyday. But I don't have time, not even 30 mins and I am too tired to move around. I barely eat and drink water, only coffee and food once or twice a day, when I "feel" hungry. It is tough to study from home it is all about timing and timing I am not very good at, when I am at the deadline everything around me is so messed up.
Anyway the sun is shining and the summer heat is still here which makes me happy :)

Finally the dog foods arrived today, which we have to actually go to the place for to pick it up. Since I always order the dog food online, normally I get it delivered at home. But this time they could not deliver it for some reason, so we had to go to one of the pick-up center.
I have my dog foods ordered in a spanish website called: MISCOTA they have various of brand such as one of the best ones ACANA, ORIJEN, PROPLAN. Decided to give my puppy the best dry food in the market, so for my senior one.
13 kg in this package (included the dog snacks)
I forgot to buy the dog training clicker, once again and Tey's toothbrush
My dog food cost of the month are 38,95eu/per dog of 6,8kg
Blackie my senior dog feeding per day is around 250g once a day
Tey my puppy is 75g 2-3 x a day which is totally 150g per day
By feeding them the right amount this two bag each should be enough for 1 whole month.
Its good budget, because they are the best brands, it is very important to give your dog a good quality food.
What do you feed your dog? I suggest you should try ORIJEN or ACANA. I was going to give them raw food but its so complicated for me no.1 buying the food and giving them right. I could order ready made but 100% natural so I wont have to buy myself, but theres no were to get them. Not even online.

New purse thin and slim from Strandivarius, although this one don't have enough space for cards, but I like it. I normally don't like to change purse and bags, because for one reason : It's pain in the ass take all the stuff and transfer it to the other one and also you might forget some important things from the other bag.
