Saudi Arabia is one of the very few country who have the most horrible punishment to people who commit crimes, such as stealing, rape etc and even for reading a bible you get punished by getting your hands cut off. Not only that first they chop your fingers 40 times and then cut it off. Really true torture punishment.
My parents used to live in Saudi Arabia and my mom said that you can put your fancy expensive bag or phone on the car and nobody will even dare to look at it. But how can people allow this torture to someone who commits crime without even bringing them to court or to justice. Just chopped of or cut the head. Horrible,THAT IS NOT Gods work, God forgive them for using his name.

Lastnight we were up pretty late and end up sleeping on the sofa, with this puppy as my company. Then it started to be a little bit uncomfortable sleeping there, specially when its not a sofa for to sleep. So continued to sleep on the bed with my jeans and shoes on. I was just so tired. Today I am hopefully be able to finish my essay in CIVICS and I am pretty behind so gotta finish it all today!!!!! Wish me luck on my next last week.

Checked my old blog and all I can say " THANKS GOD THAT WE GROW UP", funny to read the old post few years ago and my style OMG terrible and the make up, the looks even worse. It's more like embarrasing looking back the pictures. I wonder what would my future self think of me now and the way I see life. That we will one day find out. Atleast we changed, there are people that looks exactly the same all their life only older, same everything the hairstyle, the look and they think exactly like they did few years ago. I am Looking forward to the future.

I have been living my unhealthy life for two months now and miracously or how that ever spells, I am still pretty much in shape, I can still see my my abs which is good, my arm muscles and legs muscle are still there, not so tone but its still there, I can see it. Just because of the diet and workplan mostly the diet that my coach gave me. I can tell you that I have been eating alooot of crap and when I eat I eat. So now I dont have to worry to go back to level zero because I am not there despite of all the crap food, seems like my metabolism is faster than what it used to be.
Anyway I will go back to my workout again and follow the workout and meal plan that I had from my coach, its going to be great to be back in shape. Summer bodies are made in the winter. I know its hard specially if you have love ones and friends who don't work out you fall easily in the hole and go back to your old life, but be strong don't let temptation ruin what you are trying to achieved. This time I will do it much better and I will get the results that I want. Lets do it!
But never forget to enjoy life, I do believe in cheatmeal once in a while or few drinks with friends, but I think that is Ok when you achieve your goals, because while doing it when you are trying achieving something you will never reach there. It's like climbing on the top of the mountain, but someone keep dragging you down and no matter how hard you try you never reach it, because you allow yourself falling. What you allow will continue.
Remember You cannot live a "double life" -live healthy today and the next day live unhealthy. DIET IS THE KEY, WHILE WORKING OUT IS RESHAPING YOUR BODY, BUT DIET IS NUMBER 1. YOU DONT KNOW DIET? THEN FORGET THAT YOU WILL GET RESULT.
By the way my macbook is dying well atleast the charger died yersterday, which was my second one. So now I am using Ruben's computer ( kinda sucks cause its smaller than mind and its windows). I have to format my macbook too and leave it to someone who can fix the battery, which is not good either. Too much for an expensive computer that I only had for 2 years.

My days goes like this: Monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday and sunday. That means every single days goes as fast just like the others. Meanwhile for others its like mooooooonday tuuuuuesday, wedneeesday, thursday, friday, saturdaay, sunday. For me time is treasure, I wish I could by myself more time. We can have a looot of cash, but we can't have more time. Now thinking of it, I remember the movie of Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried " TIME" , that movie was all about TIME. People worked and live for time, the more time you've got the "richer" you are, the less the poorer and when the times runs out no matter if you are a child or a young lady you will be dead until the last heartbeat. I must see that movie again, that movie was awesome!
God please give me more time, this past few years it felt like 6 months and this summer diffinetly felt like just 1 month to me. Time is treasure make the most of it like if there is no tomorrow.
But I am gateful that I AM NOT WHERE I USE TO BE, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT WHERE I SUPPOSE TO BE!

Today I get irritated easily and got so much cramp and pain in my stomach. I hate period days the pain is extreme at night and normaly I can't sleep crawling on the bed. I just want to lie down on the bed no study and no work. I never had these before, it started two months ago. I hope the painkillers helps..its not easy to be a woman.

I am making sure that I will sleep like a baby tonight, so I take a drink of this delicious beer. For those who don't like beer at all because of it's taste. Try this one its sweet, but you get tipsy in one bottle. Its like a touch of softdrinks.
Do you know that when you study so much your get drunk easily just by drinking a little bit of alcohol? And the more you drink alchohol the more the cells of your brain "disconnect" which means you get like "stupid" if you continually drink alchohol. So to be more "intelligent" drink as little alchohol as possible.
Beer with tequilar shots the taste is kinda sweet but yet strong. It has 5,9% vol.

I am finally done with my project in personal sales, LOVE THIS COURSE!!! Now I am hoping to get some sleep, but I don't think that I will sleep well tonight.
Do you know that the best time to sleep is before 12 midnight or between 23:00-00:00 ?It says that we have to sleep latest at that hour and not after that.
Here in Spain people are up late, thats how I got that "bad"habbit. But if you sleep after 12 (00:00) your eyes might be sleepy, but your brain is not in a rest mode. It means that while you are"asleep" you're brain is awake and that makes us NOT getting well rest at night eventhough if we sleep 8-9 hours. It is very important not to pass over 12 midnight. Sleep early, by continuing doing this you will live a shorter life, not just few years shorter, but many years shorter.
It is actually scientifically proven that people who sleep in the normal time before 12 midnight lives much longer than those who doesn't. So sleep early, I myself trying to sleep at 23:00-23:30, but I find it very hard specially when you are a student. Worse when I had my phone I kept touching it all night until 3 in the morning before I go to sleep. It was my ritual. So it is kinda relief not having the iphone for a while. It is so addicted, if not the computer the phone. Hopefully I will stop when I am getting a new one. So goodnight for me, I'VE GOTTA BOUNCE!!

Two days ago we were watching two movies at home called " THE CONJURING" and " WORLD WAR Z". If you almost have seen all the good and the best horror movies that
existed and haven't seen these ones yet, then it is about time to watch them! These two movies have very good rating in filmaffinity, where I first check the ratings before I decide to download them. The Conjuring has 7.8 out of 10 and that is very very good. Horror movies that are over 4 stars of 10 is already very good, imagine these ones. The world war Z with Brad Pitt had almost 7 rating out of 10, also very good movie.

Hi,
No, the title of this post is not about me who got married, but Ruben's cousin Monica and her man Sergi. It was a traditional spanish wedding that I finally experienced. I haven't been to many weddings in my life, probably 3 or 4.
Before the wedding we went to Barcelona to buy our outfits to wear, but I didn't found one so I decided to wear one of my dress that I have never worn. It was a lot of back and forth to Barcelona to where we live which took us two hours with the train. Then we had to come back packed our stuff to stay over weekend in Barcelona and leaved the dogs in the pet shop. Well actually they stayed at the home with a huge of garden near the forest of the owner of a pet store. They had fun playing with other dogs that were also staying in the same place.
The wedding was saturday at 12:30, so we took the car along with Ruben's cousin Alba and her boyfriend Nano, me, Ruben ( who drove the car ) and Ruben's mom. It was about 30-40 minutes drive to the place outside Barcelona. It was so beautiful, the places in Spain doesn't look the same in every place, it's very different. It was like paradise, the nature, the area, beautiful houses. Loved the place!
We drove to the church to start the wedding. There were around 60-70 visitors, it was a tiny wedding. The wedding was very simple, no bridesmaid, just the bride along with her father walking to the altar. The church was little, very simple. There was a girl singing to famous love songs in the wedding. The ceremony went fast and after that we drove to the restaurant nearby for to celebrate. The place was amazing surrounded with olive trees. It was amazing amazing!.
We started eating snacks and a lot of drinks at the bar. We were in a huge terrace on were you can see the view of the place. The weather was lovely and a little bit to hot, but no problem because we spended most of our time inside the restaurant later on. The restaurant was enormous!
After the snacks we went inside the restaurant for to eat plates and the cake, ofcourse we took a lot of photos and they had proffesional wedding photographer all the time.
After the food, we continuely went to the dance room for to dance and drink a lot of alchohol until around 20-21:00. The seniors went home by that time and the rest of us continued to celebrate the just married couple at the home of the groom, close by. It was a big house with pool and beautiful garden. We were outside the garden with dj, music and a woman who served us drinks like mojitos and snacks :).
The party finished at 01:00 midnight, but we decided to drive home 30 minutes later. We supposed to drive home with Alba and Nano, but they stayed, so it ended up with me and Ruben driving home. We did not reach the highway because he have been drinking too and there was control closer, so the best way was park the car somewhere and sleep in the car until 07:30.

I complained a lot because I wanted to sleep on the bed, but the travel was long, poor him who drive.
At 07:30 when the sun came up we drove up and finally get able to sleep. Just slept few hours and we had family lunch at the their home. It was a loooong day!
It was a great wedding and weekend despite sleeping in the car. We picked up the dog at 10:30 monday morning and they were very happy to see us, even though that they had fun weekend.

Woked up this morning and went to the kitchen smelled the horrible smell. I didn't know if I was going to vomit or not. Tried to find the smell and it smelled like dead rat!!! Luckily I found it and it wasn't a dead rat thanks God! It was a cooked egg that I totally forgot outside and it was left there to rott. Smell so horrible just like a dead rat..ewww. I still feel very bad of the smell right now I could vomit, I am that sensitive.
Today we supposed to go to Barcelona to buy the dress for the wedding this saturday, It's last minute so I hope I will find something to wear. Finally we couldn't go to Barcelona today, but tomorrow friday is our last and first chance to find something.
Why stress over something you can't change?

Our plan this coming months is to instead renovate this summer flat that we are staying right now ( yes we are back here again ) . I can say it is not the best year of my life, but not the worse either. I am just tired of all the moving and all like gypsys, well atleast the gypsys have home whether its the bus or trailer.
My planned was to find a flat, but it didnt happen. So the second plan instead is to live outside Barcelona where we lived last year, but instead spending the money for the new flat with deposit and all is that we are going to buy new furniture and slowly redesign this flat, so it FEELS MORE HOME. Then afterwards renovate it, like change the doors, floors, kitchen etc. Its not bad, but if I am going to live here it has to feel like home. Right now I feel like in a vacation, because it is a summer flat. Anyway slowly but surely that is the plan.
The other advantage living here is that I now have 2 dogs, for the moment Blackie the oldest one is still ok and hopefully he lives more years and we dont have to pay for the rent only the water and electricity which is cheap for two since Ruben and his family own this flat.
To be honest I wouldnt mind moving to another country, for the moment I am not ready yet to go back to Sweden, but Its good to know that atleast I have a country or two to come home to. I have no problem packing my bags and moving, ofcourse I have two dogs but thers ALWAYS a solution so I can bring them.
When you are getting "older" you think more of your future than you did when you were young. I am not talking about marriage, family and kids. But I am talking about my future, future job/career and to have a home that is actually yours. One step at a time we will get there. The important thing is that I am happy where I am, cause whats the purpose having everything, but you are not happy?!

Just got my part time job at home ( People ask me " how do you find that kind of job? and you work at home?". Yep if you want it you will find it!. And I LOVE MY NEW JOB, not everybody can say that. When you are a student like me and you have two dogs at the same time you want to workout, do and want many stuff you got to work. I have pretty good allowance from my study, but I wouldnt mind working 4 hours a day to get what I want.
I am so lucky that I got these opportunities to work at home, it is so much easier than going to an office.

Its friday so today I booked my shift from 16-20. This another good thing with this work I book my shift when I want to work. Ofcourse I have to work mininum 2 days a week, but the more days I work the better salary :)
Every morning I spend hours to clean the floor, because when you have a puppy it pi every where. So much job, but he is big soon and It all be over. This little puppy is pain in the ass, but he is so worth it. His like an angel when he is sleeping and he always sleep under the chair where I sit and study in the living room.
Ps. Cant wait for the autum to come!!!! Bring me autum I want to wear layers, tired of wearing shorts and sleeveless which is so boring fashion. It is so hot that you have to wear as little clothes possible.

These would be my "party outfit" last post since I wont be going out for long with studies, work , workout and 2 dogs. I broke my phone ( long story) People who know me , is not suprised that I do break stuff when I am pissed off that all the anger is OUT OF control. People who doesnt know me that well and ONly have seen the "good" side and shy side of me thinks I am an angel, which I am , I am very down to earth and super nice person, but when I am angry all the anger is accumulated and BANG Iphone 4s is broken, its not the first fone I broke either. It was so close that I was going to take my macbook pro and smash it on the floor, thanks God that I didnt do it because that 1800eu computer would be hard to replace in cash!!! I have to get a new phone hopefully I can buy a new one next month, I want to buy the new Iphone 5 but the 64gb this time and it cost alot of money. The 34gb was to small memories so got to aim for the bigger memories.
SO no phone means NO instagram, it feels good because I was phone addict and its so distracting, so its kinda great not to have fone for a while.
The best foundation ever for oily skin!

About a month ago I just discovered the best foundation ever for oily skin from my favorite one and only make up brand MUFE ( Make up forever ). I was using bareminerals and everyda minerals for long and I felt wearing liquid foundation and did researched about the best foundation for Oily skin. I know a lot of people who have oily skin like me use MAc, but for me I dont really like it. I tried a lot of foundation and this one took the price. Its water resistant means its perfect when you want to have make up in the summer and its hot. Its full coverage which is good so a little goes long away that also means its better than you buy medium or light coverage and add layer to layer just to get enough coverage that you want. Instead of these you put so little and its perfect on your skin, like flawless. You dont even need concealer, you can just add a little extra on some area that you need "extra" coverage. My friend was like " omg your skin is so perfect!" when I was using the foundaiton for the first time. It really is the best for oily skin and last all day. To get the more matt yet natural and flawless finish I add it with Sephora ALL matt or Mufe all mat that is a primer silicon base, you can either put it before foundation or mix it with the foundation or both. Its perfect!
I know and have seen a loot of people who are using WRONG foundation, because after few minutes their face is OILY!!! I just wanted to say " have you ever considered using foundation that is OIL FREE and for OILY SKIN?". People with oily skin ( you can tell if your face is oily after using the foundation ) SHOULD use foudation for oily skin. Trust me it look horrible when the whole face is oily like you can fried eggs on it. Theres a lot of foundation for oily skin out there, but I really recommend these ones. I always say " quality over quantity, most of the times the best thing are expensive and its worth it!".
Its funny cos when I am in Sephora to buy new make up stuff I am most of the time in make up forever sections, but I wonder why I havent tried these before, hello?!! Its always good to ask for sample so you can try at home before purchasing the whole package and then you dont like it. Its just a waste of money.
This is the All matt its more expensive, but Sephora have also the same one which is much cheaper and from what I have tried these ones compare to Sephora its pretty similar, except that these ones is much more expensive.
