Friday workout:
- Eliptical machine 35 minutes moderate heartrate
- Burned 365kcal
So Friday morning in the gym aint that much people in the fitness room, thats good to know:)
My legs are still store like never for a long time, but i did managed to woked up early at 8:30 to do my cardio.
