A video that I would like to share to all you my readers. Someone posted it in facebook and I just have to share it here. This woman from CEO dancer ( they were actually in The program called Britain got talent ) and she dance amazing.
Now check her video dancing in the middle of the street.Love her spirit, she knows she dance so good and she did it well showing to the world what she got. The dancers name is Ezinne Asinugo, people with african ethinicty are probalby the worlds best dancers and they have it in their blood. Just the way it is :)

Hi Guys,
I want to recommend this app that I just downloaded last night. Its a shop app called ETSY. And there you can find a lot of unique things that are handcrafted from people in different countries. Just this crazy things that you could wish that someone invent and make it, or just find a unique make up organizer, a quotes in a huge frame for instance.
As I just told you before I just moved to my own flat for a month now and I am looking around for inspirations on how I want it. I don't want my home full of just Ikea things. Here I found alot of cool and smart things that I could think of buying one day. Things that you can't just find any where.

Hello!
Woked up early because I had a great few hours sleep :) After all the patience this days I finally got my fone lastnight. It arrived pretty late at around almost 8 in the evening. Since this is the latest and it just arrived in Spain, with all the waiting it was all worth it :). I am VERY SATISFIED WITH MY NEW CHOICE, MUCH BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!
Faster, Better, bigger and Smarter
I had a big choice to make between Iphone 5 or this ones, but I finally get over from Iphone to this :) I can say that never say never. What I didn't like with this phone is the android and the playstore. Ios is better and the apple store, but its ok anway.
We know that samsung is known to be a copy cat of the Iphone, but they did a great job. They created a design so much better than the rest of the Samsung design. I like that it is actually leather like on the back of it ( no pic) won't be easy to scratch the phone. It is very light weight too! So Iphone and Samsung is pretty much a like. If you want a bigger screen and more fun features with longer battery life and more storage WITHOUT having to buy a new phone, then go for samsung galaxy note 3!

Hello!
Since yersterday i've been able to wake up early, I was tired with the routine that I had sleep late and wake up early or sleep late and wake up late.
Anway I am so excited to finally get my new phone tomorrow wednesday. I cannot wait when the delivery man ring and say "heres your package" :):) can't wait to hold it and touch it hahaha. Im sorry I am technology obsess!.
Today at 12 we are going to bring Tey to the veterinary, he will finally get his first vaccination which is pretty "late" to be 2 months and 3 weeks, he should have it much earlier. But I had to take out the parasites in his stomach for 15 days. Finally today later on I can bring him out and play with him in the park.
Lastnight for the very first time he beg for to go out at 02.36 midnight ( I was already asleep at 23:00), but I just heard him crying in the living room. I jumped up from the bed to rush the door, there he was standing on the corner at the terrace door like a Babian crying. Luckily he did not pi which he usualy do. I hope really knows how to ask for to go out rather than just pi inside.

As you can see a lot of people wanted better look of Samsung since its like plastic material, now they copy the Iphone as we can see it looks like a bigger version of Iphone. Apple and Iphone are very similar just they are two different brands. What I like in Samsung is that you can buy extra memory a micro sd. What I ordered is 32gb, but I will get a micro sd of 64gb. In Iphone you have to buy a whole new phone if you are out of memory and its so long and small screen. I hopefully don't need to buy an ipad mini with this phone. My mom have the first Samsung galaxy note and it is huge. I love huge fone with big screen.
I will update more when my phone arrive tomorrow can't wait!

I opened my facebook and saw a page of Lisa from body rockt tv where she shared about Miley Cyrus and that her new music video of "wrecking ball" is inspired by Sinead O'Connors music video. You know the artist with shaved hair. It's pity how many young girls and adult think that she is so cool making that video. I honestly haven't seen the video myself, just saw a "trailer" of it on the tv and trust me it's enough for me to see her sitting on that "wrecking ball" naked. I don't need to see more. But anyway young celebs like Miley and Rihanna who had looked that used to be innocent girl next door type of girls turn to this sexuality vulgar young women, which many young girls follow.
As for this I wanted to share you the truth about this, that it's all illusion to get us manipulated of what we see. Don't let it fool you please!.If I was Miley I would LISTEN TO and take her WORDS FOR IT O´Connor know what she is talking about, she has been there.

You also said in Rolling Stone that your look is based on mine. The look I chose, I chose on purpose at a time when my record company were encouraging me to do what you have done. I felt I would rather be judged on my talent and not my looks. Highbrand dog food

Finally the dog foods arrived today, which we have to actually go to the place for to pick it up. Since I always order the dog food online, normally I get it delivered at home. But this time they could not deliver it for some reason, so we had to go to one of the pick-up center.
I have my dog foods ordered in a spanish website called: MISCOTA they have various of brand such as one of the best ones ACANA, ORIJEN, PROPLAN. Decided to give my puppy the best dry food in the market, so for my senior one.
13 kg in this package (included the dog snacks)
I forgot to buy the dog training clicker, once again and Tey's toothbrush
My dog food cost of the month are 38,95eu/per dog of 6,8kg
Blackie my senior dog feeding per day is around 250g once a day
Tey my puppy is 75g 2-3 x a day which is totally 150g per day
By feeding them the right amount this two bag each should be enough for 1 whole month.
Its good budget, because they are the best brands, it is very important to give your dog a good quality food.
What do you feed your dog? I suggest you should try ORIJEN or ACANA. I was going to give them raw food but its so complicated for me no.1 buying the food and giving them right. I could order ready made but 100% natural so I wont have to buy myself, but theres no were to get them. Not even online.

Saudi Arabia is one of the very few country who have the most horrible punishment to people who commit crimes, such as stealing, rape etc and even for reading a bible you get punished by getting your hands cut off. Not only that first they chop your fingers 40 times and then cut it off. Really true torture punishment.
My parents used to live in Saudi Arabia and my mom said that you can put your fancy expensive bag or phone on the car and nobody will even dare to look at it. But how can people allow this torture to someone who commits crime without even bringing them to court or to justice. Just chopped of or cut the head. Horrible,THAT IS NOT Gods work, God forgive them for using his name.

My favorite Iphone apps

These apps are the ones that i use daily with pink marks, square or circle.
- Clock - i use it to activate my wake up alarm and it comes with the Iphone.
- Maps - for tracking the street and sometimes we use it when we get lost in the car driving around, because Ruben dont have his GPS anymore.
- Metro Barcelona - i sometimes forget that i have this app, its for to check the train in every station in Barcelona. Nope i still dont memorize ALL station and which goes to where. Some of them, but not all.
- Weather app - for to check the weather of today.
This app is inside the app above the one called " ALARMED". I always always use it for to set timer after every meal, so i know when it is time to eat next, specially if you eat 5-7 x a day. It is very important to not let it pass more than 3 hours in every meal that you will go in starvation mood. So with this app i monitor my eating hours and also when i have to take Blackie for his next walk. I also use it in many stuff, such as cooking eggs etc. Its more convenient doing it in this way, i dont care if i have 10 timers on...hahah
Turboscan- Very useful, its just exactly like the traditional scanner but on the phone. Great if you have to scan your passport, a document or bills. I have been using this alot. Dont take a picture, SCAN it with Turboscan!!
Ps Express - i use it to smooth the picture, specially when it look like tiny tiny dots on it.
ScanTicket- Finally i found this app to scan my receipt when shopping, groceries or food. By this i can remember where my money goes and i dont have to collect all the reciept i get everytime i buy something. Just so inconvenient with all the pappers receipt around. Just scan it and save it.

Ok heres the thing green tea is very good for you! In Asia where i originally come from people drink green tea as a diet remedy for weightloss. But in real life is more than that. But normally people drink green tea there because they want to lose weight fast, by drinking this is like eating and shit out what you eat. Apart from that green tea is very good not only for weightloss but it have many benefits like above. Replace your coffe and tea by drinking green tea instead.

Jag vill rekommendera intressanta tv program som jag och Ruben brukar kolla...
- Embarrasing bodies - Brittisk program om doktorer som kör runt i stan för att prata om kropps problem. Olika människor kommer till de för att berätta om deras pinsamma kroppar, från acne till konstiga kropps problem som är oftast pinsamma).
- 1000 ways to die - ett program som är både rolig och konstig, men intressant. De visar flera olika sätt att dö, men sättet de visar är roligt. Typ vem gömmer sig i en diskmaskin i en restaurang kök?? Det ännu roliga är att det händer alltid någonting dumt till de som har gjort dumma saker, karma liksom! De visar den här program som att det är baserad i verklighet, men det är det inte.
- My strange addiction - Detta program är helt sjuk. Det handlar om vissa personer som har KONSTIGA ADDICTION for real!! Typ en kvinna vid 40 års åldern äter KATTMAT som torrfoder i flera år..Hon äter flera påsar torrfoder per dag och hennes orsak är att det innehåller massa vitaminer så det är nog är ingen problem med att äta kattmat S:..( what???!!)
- THE REAL HUSTLE - det här är min favorit program! Det handlar om två män och en tjej som visar hur människor lever genom att lura andra människor i allt. De visar det till exempel hur man går in i en restaurang och äta helt gratis utan att betala. De visar det utan att någon märker och det gör de live, dvs det gör det på riktigt, men sedan efter programmet går de tillbaka för att berätta vad de har gjort, att det är ett program och om det är ok att visa den på tv för att folk ska vara medvetna om dessa saker och ska vara försiktiga.

Distance study or homeschool..

Jag vill göra ett inlägg om distansstudier. För er som inte vet så pluggar jag hemifrån och då menar jag inte att jag befinner mig bara någonstans i Sverige utan jag befinner mig i ca 3 timmars flyg från Sverige, och det är Spanien Barcelona/Catalunya. Jag har pluggat sedan förra året i augusti och idag har jag pluggat sammalagt i ett år och två månader. Jag pluggar komvux gymanasiet eftersom jag gick aldrig i gymnasiet för att jag var skoltrött och sen följde jag med min mamma och lillebror för att bosätta oss i Irland, sen hände det nåt..men det tänker inte jag berätta här, för er som inte känner mig tycker nog inte att det är intressant.
I alla fall NTI skolan är super bra för er som vill plugga, om ni har inte gått i gymnasiet eller plugga några kurser för att förbättre betyget.
Det negativa med distanstudier:
Speciellt om man inte bor i Sverige är TILLGÅNG TILL SVENSK BIBLIOTEK. Det är super viktig, för det är inte lätt att hitta källor på nätet. Och för att få bättre betyg så är det bra om man har andra källor förutom litteraturboken. Jag har ändå bra betyg mycket bättre än jag hade i högstadiet, men jag har kunnat förbättre mina andra betyg på ämne som Filosofi, psykologi, naturkunskap, religion osv. Jag ångrade mig lite hade jag varit i Sverige hade jag suttit i biblioteket och bläddra på alla böcker så att jag kan hitta olika källor och få bättre betyg. Det räcker inte med kursboken. Ibland så sitter jag galet framför datorn och letar efter e-böcker, pdf filer eller andra bra referenser, men DET ÄR INTE LÄTT! Jag ångrar mig lite att jag är i Spanien och pluggar man har bara en chans att få bättre betyg tills man kan ansöka i Universitet, eller kanske du kan plugga om matte 5 ggr men vet inte om man får det :S..
Det andra negativa med distansstudier är att ha disciplin, ha fokus, och verkligen få saker och ting gjort och motivation. Det är lätt att bli distraherad när man sitter framför datorn hela dan som att kolla på facebook, surfa, läsa bloggar eller kolla på tv, mobilen eller gå runt och göra andra saker. Svårt svårt och än idag kämpar jag att verkligen fokusera. NU frågar ni mig säkert varför jag inte går i biblioteket? Jag kan inte för att just nu bor vi 1 timme från Barcelona, plus jag har två hundar hemma kan inte lämna de i mer i fem timmar.
Det värsta är att lägga efter uppgifterna som man ska skicka det händer lätt. Så det bästa man kan göra är att verkligen följa studieschema som skolan la upp, du behöver inte följa det men det bästa är att göra det och att plugga alltid i förskott. Bättre vara två dagar i förväg än 1 vecka försenad.
Det bästa med distansstudier är:
Det du som bestämmer när du vill plugga och du kan sittar vart du vill. Du kan kombinera det med jobb eller något annat. Och att om du pluggar och har saker och ting gjort kan du till och med ha dagarna ledigt för att spendera med vänner, festa, vara ute ja allt möjligt.
Många har frågat mig hur det går till att plugga via NTI-skolan och det funkar så här...
- Ta kontakt med en studievägledare som finns i din kommun
- Prata med henne eller honom för att boka tid
- Du diskuterar med din studievägledare vad det är du vill plugga, vad du har pluggat innan och vad skulle du vilja plugga i Universitet om du har tänkt att söka vidare.
- Då kommer hon ge dig några alternativ på hur du vill plugga. Antingen distans på 100%, fjärrdistans på 90% dvs då går till skolan en gång per vecka eller två precis när du vill eller plugga via komvux.
- När du har bestämt dig hur du vill plugga så kommer du få välja vilka kurser. Som jag, jag valde inte något specielt "linje" i gymnasiet. Så jag fick plocka lite ämne i olika linje, dvs en kurs i naturvetenskap linje, en kurs inom data osv. Det bra för då fick jag plugga det jag tycker mest om. Dock måste man plugga 8-9 obligatoriska ämnem, ifall om man inte har pluggat eller pluggat klar gymnasiet som jag.
- Sen hjälper din studievägledare dig att ansöka via NTI om du väljer att plugga distans. Du kan antigen plugga 100%,75%,50% och minst 25%. Du kan också plugga två kurser i taget dvs 50% på varje kurs så det blir sammalgt 100% om du väljer att plugga hundra procent. Jag valde först att plugga två kurser parallellt men det funkade inte tillslut, blev för mycket. Så nu pluggar jag en kurs i taget på 100% som är 5veckor. 50% är 10 veckor osv. Det funkar mycket bättre!!
- När det är klar måste du ansöka studiebidrag via CSN själv genom att ange studietakt, poäng och start och slutdatum.
Du kan hålla kontakten med din studievägledare via email. När jag vill ansöka ett nytt kurs igen så mejlar jag bara henne och sen ansökar jag studiemedel igen och det klart. Man behöver inte åka till Sverige för att göra det alltså. Jag träffar min studievägledare engång varje gång jag åker till Sverige.
Så där nu fick ni lite svar om distansstudier. Men skulle vara skönt att vara i klassen engång i veckan :)
