Brain are like muscles - just like workout train it to be better
I am finally done with my project in personal sales, LOVE THIS COURSE!!! Now I am hoping to get some sleep, but I don't think that I will sleep well tonight.
Do you know that the best time to sleep is before 12 midnight or between 23:00-00:00 ?It says that we have to sleep latest at that hour and not after that.
Here in Spain people are up late, thats how I got that "bad"habbit. But if you sleep after 12 (00:00) your eyes might be sleepy, but your brain is not in a rest mode. It means that while you are"asleep" you're brain is awake and that makes us NOT getting well rest at night eventhough if we sleep 8-9 hours. It is very important not to pass over 12 midnight. Sleep early, by continuing doing this you will live a shorter life, not just few years shorter, but many years shorter.
It is actually scientifically proven that people who sleep in the normal time before 12 midnight lives much longer than those who doesn't. So sleep early, I myself trying to sleep at 23:00-23:30, but I find it very hard specially when you are a student. Worse when I had my phone I kept touching it all night until 3 in the morning before I go to sleep. It was my ritual. So it is kinda relief not having the iphone for a while. It is so addicted, if not the computer the phone. Hopefully I will stop when I am getting a new one. So goodnight for me, I'VE GOTTA BOUNCE!!
