Goodmorning I am taking my morning breakfast shake and multivitamin, I managed to Wake up at around 09:00 and I am tired to Wake up late and have the day wasted. Dreams don't come true by being lazy and by sleeping all day. I will regret it for the rest of my Life if I don't change, but everyday I am getting better. When you want something so bad you can make anything that seem impossible to possible. And I never want something so bad as the things that I want right now. Lets shot for the star!

 

Health is priceless and I would eat or drink anything to stay healthy and never get sick for the rest of my Life. I haven't been sick for quiet long now and normally I have weak immune system and my defenses is not strong, so whenever it's Cold for example I get sick easily. How healthy you eat you can see it, how healthy really is the food that you Think was healthy by checking your urine. Everytime you pee after the food you eat you can see the color. The clearer your urine is the healthy you are. So Think about it! For instants if you eat a Big Mac form Mcdonald and more if you drink coke, your urine would be yellow or even worse orange. That food is nasty! Healthy food for me is as Close to nature as possible, that would mean no added or very Little salt and peppars, no sugar, no dairy, no process carbs ( such as spagetti or wheat) and no sauce. But rice and root food like sweet potato are good because they are organic, they don't go under the process Before we buy them and eat it, but they are naturally as it is.

 

My breakfast is Herbalife shake formula with low fat milk + half banana + ice. Its vanilla flavor. It's good for people that don't have time and want a fast breakfast, but at the same time it gives you all the nutrients and vitamins you need for the day along with the multivitamin. Herbalife is very healthy theres no bullshit in the Product and I recommend it to everyone who need an extra kick in the morning or out of time and just want to make sure that they have all the vitamins and nutrients that they need in one meal.

 

Now I am going to do some maths because I have exams going on. Wish me luck =)

 

No matter how "early" I go to bed I Always end up waking up at 10:45 in the morning. Which is very late, no wonder why the day is short for me. But when it's Winter and Cold you just want to tuck in the bed and lie there for a while. I am not a morning person, but I Wake up very early if I really have too.

 

At 15 ( 3pm) I have to work, decided to work 2 hours extra, normally I start at 17 (5pm) and finish at 21 ( 9 pm ). I work 2 hours extra when I got the chance, now where there are more Projects to do and they need people to work more hours. Until then I am going to study Before my next exam of maths.

I am in Barcelona until sunday. I haven't been here for almost 3 months, but it doesn't feel like it. It feels like I am here everyday. I Went to meet a friend Therese and Catch up with our lives. Haven't seen here for a while, so it was about time. We first Went to H&M and Mango shops and I did some Little shopping ( I will post it here tomorrow).

Barcelona is the same old city, alot of people and it's christmas decorations on the street and Buildings. In two weeks will be christmas and that is very soon.

Right now I am quiet awake, I couldn't sleep since I was sleeping this afternoon, so I was thinking to Watch American horror story latest season and The Vampire diaries. What are you up to this saturday night?

 

I start to love Mango shop since few months ago when Rubén and I Went to buy suits for him for the wedding of his cousin this summer 2013. I normally don't like Mango, since I never find something Beautiful in that shop. But that time we Went to the new Mango shop in Barcelona, it was so different from any other Mango shop I have ever been. It looks more luxury and fabulous, when we Went in omg, I feel inlove with Everything they have. I told myself I have to go back there and do shopping one day soon. I also Went to the webshop that they have to check their new stuff, since I didn't really had a good glimpes of the things that they had ( we were in a rush then). I'm not the best with the update, but here you have something. Today was a Lovely day, warm and sunny. We Went to a city/Town closed by and grab something to eat and just walked around. Then we brought Tey my puppy to his veterinary to get the chip done. And then I worked when I got home from 5 pm - 9 pm. I just grab something Quick to eat and now I will study some maths. At night it's very Cold outside and a Little bit at home. Without the heater I would die of this Cold.
