What motivates you? Find your motivation!
Sometimes i find it hard to sleep early than wake up early, or i might as just sleep late and wake up late. I have more problem sleeping early than late. Its hard when you are a night person, but i am trying to sleep around 00:00-01:00 so i have atleast 7-8hours sleep which is one of the main key when you work out. Thats when the time when the muscles are resting and do its recovery, thats when the muscles grow while we sleep. The other reason that i should sleep early too so i can wake up early is that i have to make calls and work in the morning, but now its a little bit to late. So ill have to do it tomorrow!
Today is my upper body workout and with 20 mins of cardio in the end. What time of the day do you work out? Next week i will start to go to the gym, but i havent decided which gym yet. I dont like to go to some local gym nearby full of guys and full of people. The gym that i want its pretty far to travel just to arrive their and the one i used to go is not that far, but i cant remember if they have all machines. ITs more fancy and private gym, but what annoys me are the people that work there, they are like every where, like if you go shopping asking if you need help. So i will try to go to the gym early in the morning when they open so i can workout in peace!! I just hope that they have the machines that i am going to use alot specially legs machines. Lets find out!
Skinny for summer? How about fit for life!
People think and people comment " How you have the energy to workout everyday?"..and i response How you have energy to eat those crap everyday and still feeling healthy?! All those crap you eat will show up on your body you will see.....I love i love working out, the best is yet to come the gym this summer, it gonna be killah!!! Better progress better results :)
Legs are made of muscles
From today ill be resting and dont do any legs workout and any cardio :(. I rather miss some cardio and legdays than to lie myself continuing with my workouts and injure my left knee more. I hope that it will get better very soon, i would like to do some running since i now find it very fun to do.
Legs are one of the biggest muscles, but i find it easy to build the muscles, but the workout for legs are intense, you hate it at the same time that you love it.
Running outside
Today me and my man did our first run on the beach and it felt so great :). It was very few people and the beach is huge so it was more relaxing do cardio in this way. The sun was not that warm and the wind was a little bit cold, so i sweat but not that much because of the fresh ocean wind blowing my face. We ran for 30 mins and our plan is to do it every day atleast 5x a week, or do it for 45-60mins 3x a week, but not running every day for an hour that would just eat out the muscles. I prefer do it everyday for 30mins. So people dont be a cardio queen and king if you are lifting weights, you want to keep your hard earn muscles. Recommended is 20-30mins a day after weightlifting or early in the morning having few hours between lifting sessions. Tomorrow our plan was to do the same, i thought i could not resist since im not a running person and i dont run, i do my cardio with the speedrope, but it suprised me that i could resist running for 30mins without rest. The last time i run outside was like a year ago and i never worked out, when i tried to ran for couple of days i rest every 2 mins and it was so much pain in the ass!!! Now it was easy peasy and so much fun :)
My triceps are coming out naturally, proud of myself :)

Supplements and new equipment
I bought new stuff this week my supplements of the month and some new equipment for my workout :)
- The "killer" wheel AB ROLLER a great workout for the abs
- Resistance band so many workout you can use it with
- 2 5kg of weight
- Two knee lenght leggings ( not in the pic)
Now i can finally use my barbell, now that i bought the two lock so i can use the weight on it, yey up to 40kg great :)
New supplements of the month:
- Bsn syntha isolate-6 chocolate (refill)
- Gold standar casein chocolate
- Hyper shred
- Opti women multivitamin (refill)
- B-complex vitamin
- Calcium magnesium for bones
...and along with that i got the shake and key chain in the pic for 2 euro only :). Apart from all of this i also have the fish oil and the BCAA capsules that i still have plenty left.

You never have to compete to train your body like this. She didnt like many others, she workout for fun and be in shape and ofcourse she is a fitness model now.

Her dedication and hardwork. But it doesnt mean i want to get so ripped like her, but she really motivates me to work even harder.

The beginning is always the harderst
Dag 4 idag och gjorde min fjärde träning som heter BODY BURN & BODY SCULPT, det var riktigt kul och har inte svettas som en gris förr. Det var riktig hårt träning men jag klarade. Andra dagen hade jag ont över hela kroppen, men idag var det bara forsätta träna och jag mår så himla bra :)!!!

Det ska inte gå mer andra dagar och jag sitter här och tänker att jag vill ser ut såååå, men här sitter jag och äter massa skräp mat och inte rör mig knappt...no no GONE WITH THE OLD DAYS, här ska det inte mer klaga att mina tighta klänningar inte sitter fint längre, inte för att den är för liten men för att det ser hemsk ut ,kurver visst men inte 3 lager på sidorna, love triple handle.

Jag vet några som tränar och ser många som tränar och undrar varför de ser likadant ut ??! Samma kroppsbyggnad, samma kropp, ja helt enkelt ingen skillnad efter ett år de har tränat på gymmet, Men jag tänker verkligen träna hårt att man kan verkligen se skillnader varje delar av min kropp! Jag ska bli som min bror!!! hahaha typ :)
Jag ska inte vara den personen som är nöjd med den jag är, nöjd med hur jag ser ut. Nej jag är inte nöjd jag vill vara mer än nöjd, jag vill vara den personen som tittar på mig själv i spegeln och le sen och säga " JAG ÄR STOLT, FÖR JAG ÄR DEN PERSONEN SOM JAG VILL VARA!!
