Walking in Barcelona
As you all know who follow and read my blog, yesterday we have been packing for 3 days in a row to make sure that the flat is spotless clean. It is always for rent for summer with a lot of cash because its high season and near the beach. People pay for to stay there, so our task was to leave the flat as it was when we first arrived. Since the flat is my man its good extra cash for him.
I miss that flat though already, i cant believe the 8 months we spend our time their pass so fast and we are already in the end of June. So this summer as i have been doing for the last 2-3 years i will stay in the flat of Rubens mom, since they are also going away like always to their home in the north of Spain. Yes they own 3 homes ( 2 flats and 1 big house). I myself havent been in their house in the north of Spain, but hopefully i will one day when i have time i will come and stay for a week or so.
...Anyway this summer wont be any different than other summer, except that i will dedicate my time in the gym every day ( so its healthier summer for me) and i am working on a project that me and my boyfriend are planning. I cant tell anything about it yet, but i can say its my dream about to be fullfilled. We are also going to find our own flat but start little by little, we dont want to be on the top and suddenly go down on the bottom lol. So any nice flat with good price with 1-2 bedroom would be great. I already found many, but since we dont have plan to move until the end of August, i will look for flat one month before that.
Barcelona weather today:
Clouldy, a little bit cold fresh wind. Sometimes its so warm like the humidity and sometimes it feels cold. In general its not cold and its not warm, its stabil.
The only close place where i can take Blackie for a walk. As long there are grass he is happy and also he met other dogs :).

Disgusting summer weather
Day 3 of cleaning the flat and i am so hungry! I was cleaning the kitchen yersterday so we dont have food at home. I have to wait for an hour until i will get food in my stomach, since my driver is not really feeling well. I mean you cant expect to work and barely sleep. No matter how much things that need to be done, the body need rest. I hate depending on someone, i cannot wait the day i get my driving license i dont have to depend on someone anymore.
Today is very hot summer weather, disgusting hot and i feel sorry for Blackie who have to go around with his Black hair, luckily is fresh inside the flat. But once we arrived in Barcelona we are going to sweat like pig. The flat there dont have air, unlike here is fresh. But there its like being in an oven and at night its like sleeping in the Sauna..omg!!! I dont want to imagine that.

I am a little bit jealous of the people going to the beach today. Its loaded and i havent even seen this place full of people and tourist since we only been here over winter season.

Theres no place like home
Right now we are packing, washing, cleaning and all other stuff. Because the flat need to be spotless clean and leave it just like it was before, because it is for rented this monday there will be someone who rent it July and August. I also got super headache and i think it has to do with my eyes. I see bad and worst everyday, so i might have to get some eyeglasses, before i get headaches regularly.

I know many of you and people that have seen me going to party have been asking where i bought my dress and shoes. My answer to that question is INTERNET SHOPPING. The reason that i buy in the Internet is that its more convenient and is common in Sweden. And also that i dislike going to shops and buy clothes which i know many are going. So to stand a little from the crowd i by clothes that very few people have here in Barcelona. Once i went out to party with my girls and i encountered a girl who wore the same dress like me. Well i wore it differently, but oh boy worst night ever! I know that it doesnt matter if its the same dress, because every person looks different in that. My favorite Iphone apps
These apps are the ones that i use daily with pink marks, square or circle.
- Clock - i use it to activate my wake up alarm and it comes with the Iphone.
- Maps - for tracking the street and sometimes we use it when we get lost in the car driving around, because Ruben dont have his GPS anymore.
- Metro Barcelona - i sometimes forget that i have this app, its for to check the train in every station in Barcelona. Nope i still dont memorize ALL station and which goes to where. Some of them, but not all.
- Weather app - for to check the weather of today.
This app is inside the app above the one called " ALARMED". I always always use it for to set timer after every meal, so i know when it is time to eat next, specially if you eat 5-7 x a day. It is very important to not let it pass more than 3 hours in every meal that you will go in starvation mood. So with this app i monitor my eating hours and also when i have to take Blackie for his next walk. I also use it in many stuff, such as cooking eggs etc. Its more convenient doing it in this way, i dont care if i have 10 timers on...hahah
Turboscan- Very useful, its just exactly like the traditional scanner but on the phone. Great if you have to scan your passport, a document or bills. I have been using this alot. Dont take a picture, SCAN it with Turboscan!!
Ps Express - i use it to smooth the picture, specially when it look like tiny tiny dots on it.
ScanTicket- Finally i found this app to scan my receipt when shopping, groceries or food. By this i can remember where my money goes and i dont have to collect all the reciept i get everytime i buy something. Just so inconvenient with all the pappers receipt around. Just scan it and save it.

Officially summer starts today!
The grass are drying out, it used to be so green.
Blackie love this place, its peaceful and quiet and barely people around.
This place looks dead, but it looks much better in real life.
The day after "Sant Juan" in Catalunya is the only place that celebrate this day with a lot of fireworks. But in this place where we live outside Barcelona which is a small town were not that many people than in the city.
I was walking with Blackie today (my dog) and saw that the street is a little bit messed up from the weekend, which was Sant Joan day 24 of June. Many left behind from the fireworks shooting.

Summer is here and before going to the beach and get the beautiful tan that will last longer, DONT forget to exfoliate your body with body scrub a day before. You can do it on your face too, but with the face scrub every week.
Tips for younger looking skin: Use high SPF protection when exposing yourself to the sun, have you ever seen a 50 year old asian woman that actually look like 50?? Thats their secret Sun protectio or no less sun exposure as possible. As for me i havent been at the beach or doing suntan for weeks now. And if i will i will use high SPF all over my body. I dont care about the tan anymore, i care about LOOKING younger. Too much sun exposure wont be seen until you get older all the wrinkels and that, YOU WILL NOTICE!!!
You dont want to look like this! Too much sun exposure, she look like 200 years old. So either enjoy your tanning now, or look younger later ;)...what you do now with your body will affect on how you will look when you get older.
Lucy Liu is 44 years old, but she look waaaay younger to be at that age. Her secret, just like mostly asian women, LESS SUN EXPOSURE AS POSSIBLE WITH SUPER HIGH SPF PROTECTION. Thats the biggest secret to younger looker skin. I hope it aint to late for me, because i have been exposing myself to the sun the last three years of my life. But this year HIGH SPF for me!! We are in Barcelona today to celebrate the tradition called " San juan", to be honest i don't have any idea on what it is about, all i know is that people celebrate it with fireworks, go to the beach and get drunk. Thats the only time of the year with fireworks celebration unlike other countries fireworks is in New year or christmas. In Ireland they have fireworks in Halloween - to wake up the dead?! No idea. I am not a big fan of fireworks, here they throw fireworks early and almost all the day on the street, beach and park where people come passing with their dogs. That's why i dont like this day either because of that. Anyway this day is also a celebration in Sweden called "Midsummer" where we celebrate with friends and family eating typical food of that day and having a great time. I love midsummer celebration.
So it is said that yersterday is the start of "summer", i always thought it was summer since first day of June, but now it is getting warmer at night, its disgusting warm with barely air outside. Sometimes it feels like being inside in a Sauna....
Today we are celebrate San juan by having nice lunch here at the place of Rubens mom. And i have a lot of studies to do...so i dont feel the occassions, i dont feel when its weekend or free day, its freeday every for me.

One's greatest challenge is to control oneself
Self discipline i might say i have, but not all the time. The hardest challenge for me is SELFCONTROL, i cant controll myself when it comes to small things and even big things. I find many excuses to not fulfill what i want to achieved, more excuses than more reasons i give to myself. Everyday i struggle by trying to control myself and i practice it bit by bit. Controlling my mind, my emotions, my mood, controlling the food i would like to eat, the food i crave and controlling my sleepy eyes everytime i am studying for hours. Controlling my impulse is one of the hardest and my anger. When it comes to impulse i get so happy in a sudden i decide to do something unplanned or buy something without really thinking if i really need it and when it comes to anger i get easily angry in small stuff specially when i just woke up, i warn you DONT TALK TO ME!!! I like to get up do my stuff eat my breakfast in peace and dont disturb me when i am busy watching series or reading something interesting or touching my phone...
If you can control yourself then life will be so much easier and it will be so much easier fulfilling the things that you want to achieve.
When my impulse is coming i need to fulfill my needs its like drugs, if i dont get it in few minutes i get crazy, angry sad and upset. But now i am better controlling my impulse. I just sometimes living it up the "goodlife" that somedays ignore the things that needs to be done like study, eating clean ( i dont always always eat clean) and sometimes i dont do my homework. Its like one moment i dont care and the other moment i get sad and angry because i havent done what i suppose to do and then i get so worried and make it like my biggest problem. Do you have control over yourself? What is the hardest thing to controll?

Sometimes i find it hard to sleep early than wake up early, or i might as just sleep late and wake up late. I have more problem sleeping early than late. Its hard when you are a night person, but i am trying to sleep around 00:00-01:00 so i have atleast 7-8hours sleep which is one of the main key when you work out. Thats when the time when the muscles are resting and do its recovery, thats when the muscles grow while we sleep. The other reason that i should sleep early too so i can wake up early is that i have to make calls and work in the morning, but now its a little bit to late. So ill have to do it tomorrow!
Today is my upper body workout and with 20 mins of cardio in the end. What time of the day do you work out? Next week i will start to go to the gym, but i havent decided which gym yet. I dont like to go to some local gym nearby full of guys and full of people. The gym that i want its pretty far to travel just to arrive their and the one i used to go is not that far, but i cant remember if they have all machines. ITs more fancy and private gym, but what annoys me are the people that work there, they are like every where, like if you go shopping asking if you need help. So i will try to go to the gym early in the morning when they open so i can workout in peace!! I just hope that they have the machines that i am going to use alot specially legs machines. Lets find out!

Its Fathers day today i guess? I have no idea but i see that people are posting it on Facebook. But i greated my dad anyway :).
This is my first weekend that i really feel and the summer weather. Its so hot and its around 27 degrees. Luckily we have airfan here to keep as cool down.
In about two weeks we will be here in Barcelona like we have been doing this past 3 years, but i think it will be the "last" summer we are spending it in this flat of my boyfriends mom, because then we will have our own flat to stay in.

People think and people comment " How you have the energy to workout everyday?"..and i response How you have energy to eat those crap everyday and still feeling healthy?! All those crap you eat will show up on your body you will see.....I love i love working out, the best is yet to come the gym this summer, it gonna be killah!!! Better progress better results :)

Mix cardio workout
I had a great cardio workout today, it was fun, challenging and sweat like never before. I mean it was a great cardio. When it comes to cardio you dont have to have access to the gym to burn some calories, its all about being creative or in any workout is all about being creative. You can run outside, jog, run upp and down the stairs, do some HIIT cardio that you can find in the internet without any equipments, you can skip, power walking or go with the bike. So many things to do, so dont make an excuse!
I dowloaded the app from my phone called GYMBOOS INTERVAL TIMER and it is free, i have the timer itself which i normally use when working out, but when it comes to mixing upp different cardio workouts like today its great to have the app. You can have it in front of you and see the next workout after one another with the big timer on the screen.
This was my first HIIT cardio, actually too long cardio workout to be HIIT, normally HIIT are short and intense workout up to 30min, but i had so much fun so i did not really mine.
Always warm up 3-5minutes like jumping or running in one place before doing anyworkouts. I spend 5 minutes before and after workout of streching. I have IT band syndrome which means that i have a runners knee, when i run for few minutes on the street, i get pain on the outside part of my knee so i avoid running outside. Doing legs stetching helps alot.

Also these cardio above is very good because its full body workout and flatten the abs.
Bulk in winter, shredd in summer
So what does it mean Bulking? For many people might understand it as building muscles like HULK, but its not true, bulking is another word for building muscles, but not like hulk unless you are a guy. I said before that i was going to bulk, but then my brother asked me a question that i never really think about it before. He said " Why are you going to bulk when the summer is coming, like next month?" True, when bulking we gain fat as we try to build muscles, because you have to eat atleast 20% more calories than your daily calorie intake or 200-500 calories. Always when bulking we gain fat, not only muscles. Thats why many people who have "normal weight" bulk first and cut later, or shredd is the other word. Shredd or cut means get rid or reduce the bodyfat by adding more cardio and eating 20% less calories to get rid of the fat. When enough bodyfat is reduce the muscles that you were building are going to show more. So its better to build muscles and then cut, rather than the opposite. If you are too skinny and you want to lose more fat, then build muscles, its more harder to gain the muscles that you want. You need atleast more bodyfat than a maraton runnershave to be able to build muscles. When cutting we also lose muscles at the same time we lose bodyfat. Its just the way it works. Bulking = gain muscles + gain fat and Shredding/cutting= Lose body fat + lose muscles. We always going to gain fats when bulking and we always going to lose muscles when cutting. So to preserve as much muscles as possibles when cutting is to eat a lot of protein and dont overdo with cardio. Cardio dont just burn calories they burn muscles too. When bulking to build muscles while trying to gain as little fat as possible we always add 20mins cardio aftr weightlifting. So why after weightlifting? Because if you do cardio before weightlifting you wont have enough strenght to lift weights and if you are in bulking process you need all the strenght you have to be able to lift those weights. The heavier weights the better, always challenge yourself, cos if it doesnt challenge you, it doesnt change you!.
So what i am doing now is cutting, cos i rather lose a little bit of muscles and get flat abs and tone body than gain muscles with extra bodyfat on. Bodyfat and weight is not really the same. You dont need to lose weight to reduce the body fat. Sometimes people dont lose weight when they stand on the scale, but when they measure their waist and arms with measuring tape they see difference. So dont always rely on the scale. Take pictures and measure your bodyparts to see progress.
Now when it comes to abs you dont have to focus on abs workout, focus on fullbody workout that dont isolate the abs to burn the fat. Only when you drop the body fat that is covering the abs under the fat will you see those muscles. People think you have to do abs workout everyday to get sixpack, but its not true. Do regular cardio, weighttraining and eat alot of protein and eat vegetables instead of complex carbs. But for me i eat carbs before and after workout and for breakfast, so that i have something to help me build muscles when i fed them with protein and carbs. You cant build muscles on low calorie, so for me i just maintain the muscles i have now. I will bulk after summer this winter and cut after when its summer like 3 months before june next year. I am getting a coach that will help me achieved my goal as soon as we go back to Barcelona, cos then i have access to the gym, the gym makes you fitter faster and gives you faster results, because you will have access to all the machines. But its not an excuse to not workout at home, if you cant go to the gym.
So dont give up work out and eat healthy!. If you have a lot of fats to lose, run first thing in the morning before breakfast, the only thing you can put in your stomach is protein shake mix with water and black coffee. Never drink energy drink while working out, drink water. BEcause when you burn calories it will take the energy drink that you drink and burn that instead, rather than the fat that you want to get rid off. Aim for 30-40 minutes moderate cardio 4-5x a week. Moderate cardio is that you should be able to talk normal when you are running, if you cant then slow down. When you reach your goal, reduce the cardio, its not sexy when you are to skinny without ass, thats why weightlifting comes along.
Some people ask me about workouts and diet, but i know things just because i self study it. I do alot of research, i think you should do too...Thats how you learn and i learn alot!!. Many people like asking so MUCH questions all the time, i mean SEARCH IN GOOGLE OR SOMETHING!! Stop asking questions and sometimes the answers to their questions are something OBVIOUS or logic. YOU DONT KNOW WHAT CARBS IS??! ITs just shocking how people know so little about things. I mean im not genious, but if you want to find out the answer of your questions do research for yourself, ive been doing mine for months. I aint google!! I mean im happy to help you, but i think you should sometimes try to do it by your own, for once!!!
Leggings <3
These are the two new leggings that my parents sent to me. I wear a lot of leggings now a days :) The summer weather is more like swedish summer, which means warm in the sun, but with a touch of fresh cold air, specially if you stand in the shadow. There is 70% chance that the summer would be like this all summer months or worse, which is no summer this year. I hope its not true, because im tired of the winter.

Almost a day pass without her :(, i miss her so much i cant believe she is gone for good. Its so empty here at home here absence is very hard to ignore. Every corner i go i see her everywhere, on the sofa when i set, on the floor by my side when i go to bed, on the floor behind the door outside the bathroom, her approach every morning when i wake up so happy and all she wants was my attention. Everytime i see an apple i think of her cos she loved fruit specially that one. No Sera beg for food all the time, no trace of the smell of her left all is gone. I never felt such an emptyness in my heart before, never felt som much pain so much loss in me. I havent done much today since yersterday im too depress and too sad to do my daily routine. Its only us 3 left, me, ruben and one dog Blackie which is very affected of the situation, i think his more sad because his the only dog left. With Sera around even though she ignore him and dont play with him he liked her company. When we walked outside she always wait for him when his behind. I miss her so much im tired of crying im tired of this emptyness. Few days ago she was just rolling on the grass living the good life, enjoy the sun and suddenly she just get bad without warnings without reasons, just like that in one snap. Seeing her suffer it hurts so much and it was very hard to let go of her. She was included in our future plans, but she was takin to quick without unnoticed. I wish there were something we could do to save her :(. Her moment with us was just borrowed and then it was time to take her back. Thats a big risk to take when having a dog all those happiness you share together have to be paid back with emptyness and sorrow. I miss you so much Sera you where my guardian angel i cant believe that you are GONE!!!!!! The only way to escape from this pain even for a while is falling asleep, but then i dont want to wake up cos then ill look for you, ill be expecting you there beside me sleeping waiting for me to get up, but you wont be cos youre gone for good. I hope to see you again one day. Now i have to be strong for Blackie i need to give him more love and attention than ever. The night is the worse time of the day for me, because thats the time ill feel your absence the most... I would do anything to have you back my friend or just go back in time to spend it with you all over again, no matter what happends doesnt matter if i have to experience a big personal problem all over again, doesnt matter if i have to redo my years when i was with you, ill do it just to be with you. I would hug you and never let you go carry you and touch your soft hair, kiss you and dance for you, cos i know that it will makes you happy. I hope that i can do that again in the other life...until then my friend you will always be apart of me, you will always be in my heart forever and always you will be with me. I love you my friend i will always do forever and always <3<3<3 I see you soon REST IN PEACE my Sera Bonita!!!!
