Meal 4
What i ate today 60-120 minutes after post workout meal:
- Brown rice
- Aubergine
- Chicken
- Avocado
Meal 2- Breakfast/preworkout
- Oatmeal
- 0,5 dl of skimmilk
- 17g of almonds
- 1 cook whole egg
- 1 cook egg white
My goal is to eat 7 times a day 40% protein 30% carbs 30% fats. After i woked up today i took whey protein powder to feed my body since it had been fasting during sleep and it need fast protein right away to prevent muscle breakdown. I also took 2 capsules of BCAA of amino acids to prevent muscles breakdown and 1 caffein fat burner and one apple. 30-60minutes after that i took meal 2 above which is my breakfast/preworkout meal.
There is no diet that will do what eating healthy does. Skip the diet, just eat healthy!

Supplements and new equipment
I bought new stuff this week my supplements of the month and some new equipment for my workout :)
- The "killer" wheel AB ROLLER a great workout for the abs
- Resistance band so many workout you can use it with
- 2 5kg of weight
- Two knee lenght leggings ( not in the pic)
Now i can finally use my barbell, now that i bought the two lock so i can use the weight on it, yey up to 40kg great :)
New supplements of the month:
- Bsn syntha isolate-6 chocolate (refill)
- Gold standar casein chocolate
- Hyper shred
- Opti women multivitamin (refill)
- B-complex vitamin
- Calcium magnesium for bones
...and along with that i got the shake and key chain in the pic for 2 euro only :). Apart from all of this i also have the fish oil and the BCAA capsules that i still have plenty left.

Since i did not post pictures in my instagram of my workouts, some think i quit working out, but just cos i did not post doesnt mean i quit. I still work out and dont have any plan to quit. IT may be slow progress but the slow progress well gives me result, thatn quit and sit that leads me back to level 0. Giving up is for losers sorry to say that.

The life in the sun
The last few days i did not have time to do blogpost, neither i had time to take pictures and post it in instagram.
Anyway last week the weather was so warm and great, so most of the days i spend my time outside and enjoy the sun. I already had tan 5 times, so i have a pretty good pre-tan which is very early this year. I remember last year my last birthday i was yellow, the warm weather was late then.

I also talked to my father in the Philippines and my 4 siblings from my father side 2 little brothers the age of 17 and 12 and two little sisters the age of 8 and 10. I am so happy to finally contacted them since ive been searching and asking for their numbers. Luckily my auntie met them in the city and told me that one of my little brother have facebook. I miss them so much even though i met my siblings only once for me they are my brothers and sisters. I cant wait to go back home and visit them, this time ill be staying with them all my vacations days for a month, its gonna be fun :)

Today i did my shoulder, back and triceps workout. I also added 25 mins of HIIT cardio after. I need to spend time doing more cardio to lose fat and gain muscles. My abs are getting tighter, but still not quiet satisfied yet. I dont do abs workout maybe once or twice a week but focusing more on my obliques. Instead of doing crunches, spend more time in eating clean you get more and faster results than eating bad sometimes and do hundreds of crunches. The diet is the one making the muscles visible combined with cardio ofcourse.

Sunny days
Hello readers!
This past few days ive been spending my time to seat outside and enjoy the weather. Since its weekend then alot of people come to this place we are living to go the the beach and just be here to unwind. I did not have time to go down to the beach even though its pretty close, so i bought the chair above to sit outside and get some tanning going in the chinese shop ofcourse which they have it every where in Spain and you can find anything you are looking for that you normally need in the daily basis. This chair is perfect i can adjust it more to become like a bed and enjoy the sun :). I will probably bring this one to the beach even in Barcelona, its much more comfortable than lying on the beach with the sand all over you.
Today i have a have already a nice base tan i can see that i am pretty dark already. I feel like bad being inside when i can sit in the terrace and enjoy the sun, its such a lovely day. Although today was a little bit cloudy compared to yersterday. I saw in the weather prognose that this week is going to be up to 24 degrees, yey!

Veterinary visit
We brought Blackie for the veterinary visit which is every 6 months to check his health. Everything are positive such as his blood, his heart, his lungs, his pulse, his eyes, teeth etc and he even put his hand in his ass to check the organs something like that. He is perfectly 110% healthy, although his right leg is start to fail, when he stand in one place for a while its like he seats on the air. I wonder why he dont sit if he cant stand? But the vet said its nothing to worry about, its little so he just have to take painkiller twice a day for 15 days. Other wise he run and play with other dogs. The next veterinary visit is after summer in October.
I would give him 10 years of my life to live looooooonger... he is really my bestfriend. Going to veterinary he was so calm standing on the table compare to other dogs, its like he understand that we are there for his best :)
Im out going to eat my lunch that i prepared + walk with the dogs + meet my bestfriend Daria that arrived yersterday with her brother and his man Javi :) yey!!

Incredible weather today so beautiful and sunny. I love Spring it is my favorite season of the year because i can still wear thinner jacket and knitwear, i think its the season of the year where you can really wear incredible fashion look. I love summer though but its too hot that im getting tired of wearing too little clothes, which is pretty boring, and uve got to have fit body that make a simple look so much more fabulous haha, but or else in the summer You cant style up so much, but spring and autumn i love i love :)

I felt human again since five days a week im going around with my sweat pants, hair tied up and dont give a damn how i look like, specially when we live in a place with barely neighbors around. The bad thing is that you feel too comfortable and its like living in a farm all messed up from head to toe and when its time to fix yourself once a week its like you dont know how to take care your outside appearance anymore. Well dont get me wrong i love fashion and fixing myself. Atleast i have to do it every weekend :)

Its friday but for me its any other day
I dont wanna think its friday, i just want to think its any normal day of the week. Because i will get trap in the "eat cos i deserve it " bullshit. I always try to reward myself with little sweets. But not this week. I am about to do my last workout of the week which is leg day!!. After that ive got things to do such as...

- Pack my clothes and stuff ( going to Barcelona tonight to wednesday night)
- Cleaning
- Study
My bestfriend Daria is coming to Barcelona and she is going to stay at her brothers flat, i cant be with her all week she be here since i am not in vacation, but i will be seeing here from monday to wednesday as much as i can. Then Wednesday night i have to go back here at home and i wont be back in Barcelona next weekend until the weekend after. I just cant miss my workout for this week so from thursday-sunday i have those days doing my workout routine and prepare for my exams.
Cant wait to see my friend we havent seen each other for two years or something...we got a lot to catch up :)

Too much knowledge is never too much
So much study to do! I have 2 weeks left of this entrepreneurship and enterpraise course. Sometimes i just cant think and then the day after i have all in my mind. Got headache too...
I know many people think that i dont do anything on my days, but i do have things to do. I have to follow a routine so i have things done of the day. I make sure i have time for my priorities, but i never forget to have breaks and just relax for few minutes. Some days i can be very busy some days its more calm. Although being a student gives me a lot of freedom doesnt mean i am in a vacation 24/7. It hard to explain to some people, i dont expect others to totally understand i just want them to respect what i am doing, doesnt matter if its to "litte" for them or not. I have routines just like any other else, i cant just grab my bag and go for vacation for few weeks. Call me boring or no social life but i do love my life and iam working to have it better. No one else will do it for me, to get what i want i need to work for it and sacrifice the social life and i am ok with that. A cousin of mine use to say " today sacrifice, tomorrow paradise". Work hard now, be busy if you have too cause one day soon youll have your paradise. Your life your rules!

Pre tanning today
5 minutes sitting in front of the sun with shorts before i changed to bikini, already a tanning line.
Lying and sitting outside is the perfect place to take some pre tan :). I could either go to the roof terrace or walk 5 minutes to the beach, but since we have this place outside much faster to get in the home and out.
Time to study and hopefully it will be as nice weather as today tomorrow :)
Happy Birthday Blackie
Blackie turn 15 years old today 03/04/2013 and that is so much for a dog. So he get extra nice something to eat today. Sera Rubens dog is turning 14, but they dont know her birthday so she can celebrate her b-day today too :).
This weekend Blackie is going to the veterinary, its time for a health control every 6 months. That include blodtest, checking his eyes, his teeth, his body and yes the veterinary is going to put his finger in his ass to feel his organs or something like that :S..What makes Blackie nervous going there is the veterinarian has a table where you put the pets for check and its pretty high and not even in balance, so everytime we put Blackie there the table shake and he get so scared. I think they should atleast invest something and buy a REAL table the one that have remote control you push up and down and stable.
If he has a good health like last time or like always he probably get to operate his mouth, to prevent mouth disease that later on will spread to his body and organ and in that case will affect and make him sick. So he get to clean his teeth and take out those bad bacterias. So i hope we can do that so he wont get sick in the future :)
Time goes fast and sooner or later he will be gone, i dont want to think about it because it just makes me so sad. I try to live every moment with him, be patience when walking, give him so much attention and a lot of love <3.
Food prep for this week
I already ate monday and todays lunch, but here i have my food prep for wednesday-saturday.
Every sunday i tried to prepare my food for this whole week apart from sundays when we are usualy in Barcelona eating at Rubens moms home. But i make sure i eat clean every saturday too when i am there, thats why i am preparing my food for this week to make sure that i dont get tempted eating other food that is not in my lifestyle diet.
Foodprep is very good and smart idea specialy if you are away from home like working or studying, by preparing your food for whole week specially lunch will help you to eat clean. Spend few hours every sunday night before go to bed prepare the food lunch and snacks. Since eating clean is very important in the diet when working out, food prep is a good alternative and it save time everyday by preparing lunch.
Dinner
My fifth meal of the day which is dinner 338kcal:
- 2 whole wheat bread 116kcal/each
- 61g of tuna fish in water 50kcal
- 21g of low fat mayonnaise 56kcal
I usualy eat sallad but i get bored, specially if i dont have avocado in my sallad.

Burn 856Kcal circuit upper body with cardio in between sets. It was a very long sessions a little bit more than 2hours.
